Cancellation and Refund

• Cancellations made 48 hours before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will incur a charge for the first night's stay.

 If you do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the full booking amount will be charged, and no refunds will be issued. 

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.
• Any applicable bank fees or charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

 In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or government-imposed travel restrictions, we may offer flexible cancellation options or full refunds.
